Dr Telge Palitha Peiris is currently unwell and will be unable to attend the practice. Telehealth appointments may be available on a limited basis.
Additional General Practitioners will be joining our practice shortly to ensure continuity of care for our patients.

IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) INFORMATION
If you have been experiencing any of the following symptoms:
– fever
– cough
– runny nose
– shortness of breath
– sore throat
– night sweats
– chills
Do a Rapid Antigen Test.
- If this is negative, you can book an appointment/ consult a doctor. Note that it is a condition of entry that all patients are required to wear a properly fitted mask.
- If this is positive, DO NOT ENTER THE CLINIC. Return to your vehicle or the car park and telephone reception on (03) 8786 1200 for further assistance.

Call the clinic on (03) 8786 1200 as per usual to book a Telehealth video or phone consultation.
To be eligible, you will have to have visited the clinic in person at least once in the past year.
